This short post will about one of our favourite smoothie recipes: easy chocolate smoothie recipe. I love eating chocolate so anything dealing wil chocolate will be something I am passionate about. Making chocolate smoothies is quite easy. Chocolate itself is such a flexible ingredient that you can mix a lot of other ingredients with it and the taste will still work.
Easy Chocolate peanut butter smoothie recipe.
I have written about this in my last post but I thought such a good smoothie recipe is worth repeating. This is in fact one of my personal favorite. If you are a chocolate fan, this one is for you.
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup 1% milk. You can choose low fat milk if you are the healthy sort
- 1 frozen sliced ripe banana
- 1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
You can throw all these ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender and blend it until smooth.
If you like more fruity taste to your smoothies, you can try adding raspberry to your chocolate smoothies. I have tried it a couple of times on occasions when I want something is more fruity and yet delivers the chocolate taste. It taste good and is something I recommend trying:
- 1 cup yogurt- plain or vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup red raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 2 T. chocolate syrup, such as Hershey’sŪ Syrup
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
Just dump everything into a fruit mixer or blender. Turn the machine on to high speed and blend the ingredients until everything is smooth and creamy.
This is one of the most unique recipes you can make with chocolate. It combines chocolate, with soy bean and a bit of banana. The taste is surprising good and relatively to others recipes, this one is more nurtious because of the use of soy beans. No worry if you don’t like soy beans, the taste doesn’t really show up in the drink.
